Started with a block each end with a tire at one end. Tire flip to the other end while partner does the exercise walking next to them.
Started with Curls for the Girls then over head press.
Hot Wire suggested to put a tire and block at each end. Tire flip to other end where other PAX was doing the exercise. We Modified…

YHC really wanted to use the tires. Like REALLY wanted to use the tires!!! Once we were able to get a taste of both the tires, we found out one weighed significantly less than the other… All PAX gave their all and were very “tired”… get it?
