The Thang: The PAX each grabbed a block and made their way to the basketball court. We have been made aware of the weight of these blocks as of recently and I reserve the right not to disclose this information in part that it may scare the Summerville boys away. However, taking this into consideration modifications had to be made to the winkie to accommodate the Q and PAX. The workout was structured in the 21-15-9 sequence and each round with coupled exercises and cruel punishment in between. Round 1: Step back lunge with a rotational lift (these were meant to be wood chippers, but there was no getting the weight overhead safely) and LBCs four count with ascending bear crawl ‘Mericans between exercises. Round 2: Kettle Bell Swings and American Hammers with crab crawls. Round 3: Shoulder cleans and Heels to Heaven with lunge walk. Dabo managed to break a block somehow and the PAX performed Burpees until his arrival with a new block. Unfortunately the Q had 2 more rounds up his sleeve, but the time ran out.

Devo: Matthew 7:7 and Isaiah 7:9 Today we discussed faith and how we must be willing to take the first step. Without stepping out first the Lord cannot make us stand firm. Much in the same way we pray we must also continue to ask and keep seeking so that the doors will be opened to us.
