The Pax donned their reflective gear and started running. We finished when we reached the bottom of the parking garage. The bottom of the lowest ramp is base, the turnaround points are the bases of each ramp going up. We would run up the ramps and across the decks, do the exercise and run back across the deck but bear crawl down the ramps. Continue this format working your way up the garage.
- Starting with 1 burpee and increasing by one each time you stopped, base of each ramp.
- Run up the ramps and across the deck
- Bear crawl down the ramps
When everybody was done, we moseyed back to the flag, stopping at random points, holding Al Gore until the 6 caught up, then 10 Squats IC
