Intro: KY needed someone to fill his slot to Q as complications arose. As AO Q, YHC took the Q with enthusiasm. However, my planning time was limited.

THANG:
YHC had intended to use his 100+ burpees workout from long ago but as the workout started, YHC could tell he was not going to be able to Q properly if it continued. If you can’t do it, don’t Q it. So changes were made and exercises were chosen by whatever one popped in my head next. Since it was on the fly, the weinkie I had was not helpful for writing the Backblast. 😅 Rest assured, reps were done, cardio was had, and the PAX got the workout they wanted.

YHC likes doing things on the fly sometimes. It allows me to see what the PAX is hurting in and what they could use. Adapting to the needs of the PAX without making things easier has led to nice full body beat downs. Dreamer is fitting in nicely, and is yet another Respect PAX that can give even the youngins like me a run for their money.
