Intro: 16 men rolled out to Bedrock to experience YHC’s first Q since June. The workout was probably YHC’s simplest, most straight forward BC to date. At least on paper.

Warmup: Mosey to the entrance and back.
Thang: Grab a block and mosey to the ballfield. The PAX did 7 exercises for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second rest between exercises. We did a total of five rounds.
The exercises were: merkins, situps, curls, OHP, high pulls, mountain climbers, squats.
Mosey back to the flag, alternating farmers carry with a partner.
Mary: flutter kicks and situps.
