Warmup: Mosey around the track.
Thang: Grab a block and mosey to the goal post. The PAX did 7 exercises for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second rest between exercises. We did a total of five rounds.
The exercises were: merkins, situps, curls, OHP, pullups, squats, and 50 yd sprint.
Using one of the blocking pads, practice 1-2 jab/overhand, then quick knees.
