The Pax: Flo, Goose, Shrute, High Stick, Peg, Pretzel, Fanny Pack, Sugar Mountain, Smokey, Milton, Space Cowboy

Disclamer: Done

The lightning started during warm ups but went away qucikly to the dislike of the PAX.

Warms ups:

TTT x 10

SSH x 20

Don Quixote x 15

LBAC x 10 each way

1 lap around AO as fast as you can

Pax was paired up based on finish

The Thing:

B.O.M.B!!!

Each PAX will complete the number of reps as the partner completes a different exercise

Station 1 10 burpees / 10 Big boy sit-ups x 5 times each

Bear crawl to next station

Station 2: 20 squats/ 20 murkins x 5 times each

Lunge walk to next station

Station 3: 30 over head claps / 30 LBCs x 5 times each

Mary:

Bear Crawl Planks

Men were instructed to get in a high plank position head to toe.  Last man bear crawled to front of line.  Continued all the way back to the flag.
