Round 1: Monster Mile
Idea of monster mile-At the start do X exercise 5 times, run to the first stop perform Y exercise 10 times and return to start and do X exercise again. Run to second stop and do Z exercise, then first and then start. Continue until all 5 exercises complete.
Start Spot: Stop Sign by bathrooms.

First Stop: Stop Sign by Gazeebo
First Stop Exercise: WW1 Sit-ups x10
Second Stop: Stop Sign by barking dog house
Second Stop Exercise: Merkins x20
Third Stop: Stop Sign between North laurel and W 2nd North street
Third Stop Exercise: Squats x30
Final Stop: Beginning Stop Sign
Final exercise: Flutterkick (4count) x 40
Round 2: Speed Dora
150 Monkey humpers. Run to the middle of the horse pits (basically) twice and then go the far end once and swap.

Moleskin: Dreamer is one fast dude. He was the first to finish the Monster Mile and by a good margin too. Chowdah popped in a bit late but put in the work necessary for a workout. Motherboard continues to be a strong and steady workhorse at Accelerator.
