Intro: It’s a monthly a fitness test that we do monthly. Sweat and sometimes blood and blisters occur. Strength is always gained.
COP: Explain the stations to those who don’t know.
THANG: The Incinerator
8 stations: Merkins, Curls, Steps Ups (each leg), LBCs (4count), lateral pull-ups, Burpees, Jump Squats, and Tricep Dips.
Starting at 15 reps go to each station and perform the exercise OYO. When a lap is completed the reps is lowered by one.

Mom Swap: 6
Bed Pan: 5 1/8
Blackout: 4 4/8
Master Load: 4 (First time doing The Incinerator to my knowledge)
