Intro: It’s getting cool. Its not hot. Come on out to Accelerator.

Weather: Read the Intro

FNGs: None

COP:

LBAC x10 IC

Hillibillies x10 IC

Imperial Walker x10 IC

THANG: Mirror 11s

Setup was 4 blocks spaced about 15-20 yards apart each (I’m gonna call them markers). PAX grabbed two blocks each and placed them at the second marker.

The amount of reps for the markers would start at 10,1,1,10 then 9,2,2,9 etc. PAX would run from the first marker to the second, then farmers carry to the third, then run to the fourth marker. Upon completion of the fourth markers reps, PAX would run back to the third marker, quickly farmers carry their blocks back to the second marker and return to the first to begin the next set of reps.

Exercises were:

Merkins and Tricep Dips on the block.

WW1 Sit Ups, and Damn It’s.

Stow Blocks

MARY: No time.

Numberama: 4

Namarama: Cheetah, Motherboard (R), Mom Swap, Skrimps

Pledge Prayer Announcement

Moleskin: Good idea with decent execution to start as YHC couldn’t figure out which exercises he wanted to do for this originally. Once the PAX got moving it went smoothly. The PAX did 110 reps in total for each exercise.

Also Mom Swap said I should owe him like 42.75 or some specific amount, but he’ll keep the amount at 40 for the Kiawah half. Guess I’m damn lucky to be given such a deal😎
