Intro: Some BC’s are meticulously planned, while others just happen organically on the spot. With the weinke sharpied on YHC’s forearm, and mulling over the devo, YHC decided to combine the two. Without saying a word, YHC started to mosey to the ballfield. The PAX followed. Once at the ballfield, instructions were given non-verbally. The PAX followed.

The five senses: sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing, exist in us to receive sensory input. It’s how we experience and perceive the world around us. Although communication is critical, speech is not one of our senses, and is largely unnecessary. Most communication happens non-verbally, through hand gestures, facial expressions, body language, and even conscious silence. Sometimes we need to practice being silent. Call it meditation or prayer, but sometimes we just need to be quiet…and listen. Usually God speaks, not in a thunder clap, but in a whisper.
Moleskin: T-claps to Fish N Chips and Sakrete – who knew you could actually be quiet for 45 minutes? T-claps to Yo Adrian and at least one other PAX for always pick-up the six.
