Intro: With several guys zeroing in on various running events, YHC didn’t want to prescribe anything crazy like intervals. 13 men were invited to run up and down a pyramid – the incline and the height of the pyramid were entirely up to them.
Warmup: Nope.
Thang: Run 8 laps around the lake, increasing the pace laps 1-3, laps 4 and 5 at the fastest pace, and 6-8 at a decreasing pace.
