Intro: YHC had this date scheduled and ready to go. Made this Q this morning and knew it would be cold Q outside. Not many HC’s but regardless it was time for 6 men/6 corners at Accelerator on 11/27/2018. YHC also showed up 30 minutes early to set up the corners and coupons for the PAX.
Conditions: mid 40s, dark, lots of people playing tennis at Doty today.

The Thang:
YHC set up 6 corners in a hexagon. At each corner contained a brick for location and the correct coupons needed for that corners’ excercise. One person per corner. To complete the excercise at a corner: do the excercise AMRAP for the time YHC sets for everyone. After the time is up, lunge walk or bear crawl to the next corner clockwise.
1st Round: 1 minute for each corner. Lunge Walk or Bear Crawl to next corner after each minute
