Intro: YHC picked up this Q a couple weeks ago. Lots of HCs on the preblast. Showed up in the very cold gloom. First thing YHC said was “Alright, its 6 oclock”…psh the Q ends at 5:45 how could it be 6 already. Time for Inch Worm merkans and more at the Ditch this morning.
Conditions: mid 30s, dark, wet…lots of puddles on the ground. Lots of mumble chatter too.

The Thang:
similar to 4 corners. Goal was to get the block from the starting corner all the way around the parking lot back to the start. Completed an exercise at every length of the parking lot to get back to the block so we could reach the intended goal listed above. The parking lot is a square almost.
Plank up if you finish early after each exercise. All of this is listed as OYO but we stayed as group throughout the entire workout. Try not to break any blocks inch worming and watch for puddles.
