Intro: We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday with a workout that brought the pain of child rearing.

The Thang: All pax got a coupon (blocks) and ran to the soccer field. Modified 11’s with 2 circuits one after the other and using a 13 count.
Circuit 1: American Hammers four count with block / Partner carry to half field / Burpees
Circuit 2: Curls with block / Sprint across field / MTN Climbers four count.
This pair of circuits may seem easy but paired it is full body and major cardio. There wasn’t much chatter during the thang as everyone was pushing it to the max.
Mary: LBC 4 count by Redo (x30), X’s and O’s by Bedpan (x15)
