The Thang:
PAX were instructed to grab a block and line up on the back side of the building. F3 Deck would be utilized this morning. While two PAX farmer carried two block around the parking lot, rest of the PAX did called exercises. Winner of the race got to pick card of choice from cards picked. (YHC changed rules after PAX were found looking at the cards and going easy on the rest of the PAX.

NEW RULE: no looking at the cards, but still pick one. game changer.
Exercises included: 14 carolina dry docks (AKA Air Force pushups according to Friar Tuck), 25 monkey humpers, 25 merkins, 25, mountain climbers, 25 plank jack, 400m sprint, 18 lunges, 19 low, slow squats
NEW RULE: Winners of the races go against each other (thanks Dabo)
NEW Rule: YHC and Mr. Feeny decided (loser race) during the race (which was more like a mosey) that one of the 100 (ACE card) would be picked out of the pile, and Mr. Feeny thought the PAX would enjoy the 100 4 ct flutter kicks. They did!
PAX were promised a game and blocks were lined up, PAX were divided by numbers (1 and 2…numbers are hard) and the rules were explained: get to your end, when YHC says go, three burpees, and grab ONE block from the middle and bring it back to your side. Rinse and repeat.
Cheaters gonna cheat so at some point, two blocks were being grabbed and taken to each side. I have to admit i did like seeing Flash getting after it with the two blocks!!

DEVO: YHC talked about how how giving up sometimes is easier than standing in what God has planned. Fear of the unknown can cripple us to not move forward. YHC was ready to give up after just opening up a business recently. God provided and YHC was, ONCE AGAIN reminded of the power that God has in our situations.
2 Timothy 1:7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
Moleskin: F3 is more than a workout and here is just another example:
Friar Tuck mentioned it was his birthday (after the workout) and talked about a promise he makes to himself every year for goals. He said he never tells anyone, but this year, he felt the need to tell his F3 brothers about this next year’s promise: To lose 40lbs and to live 85/15, meaning if you do stuff 85 of the time great, the 15 wont matter. So what YHC heard was friar tuck will be coming out to the creek once a week and wants to be called out for accountability if he is not posting. This is why I F3
