YHC shouldered the 60# sandbag and we rucked to the Whiffleball field at each base we all took turns chowing the exercise and calling the cadence for however many reps of that PAX choosing. We took turns cleaning and throwing the 60# sandbag to get to the next base. YHC chose squats 25 IC for all three of my turns. Cheetah chose merkins 20 on Q and Curls 25 IC for his turns. Gruber chose Flutter Kicks IC… 40 or 50 ( I forget but it was a lot) and a Mosey around the bases for his two turns
YHC shouldered the 60# sandbag and we rucked back to the flag.
7 reps, 7 reps, and 7 reps; and rinse and repeat 5 times to complete the ab complex: Iron crosses, damn its, magoos

Do something that sucks everyday. I heard that from David Goggins. I faced with a decision during this BC. It was time for me to call one more exercise. I was planning on doing another 25 squats IC, I didn’t want to. I knew they were going to suck. So that’s why we did them. I am better because we did them. The whole lot of us are better because we did them. Choose to do the harder things. That’s what will make is better.
