The Thang:
YHC had originally planned for ultimate frisbee, but the the field was too wet and we didn’t want another Harbaugh Hole incident. So the back-up plan was to borrow Redo’s F3 Workout Deck and play war with the Pax. Unfortunately, Redo stayed late to last nights “Shit Show” and decided to fartsack, so YHC had to pull a weinke out of his pocket to play with. He chose to use his Random app and proceeded to lead the Pax in a Usaine Bolt. YHC shook his phone to generate a random exercise. One pax would complete a “walking” workout while the other Pax completed the random exercise. The rounds was complete once all pax had a turn to complete the “walking exercise”. Rounds completed as follows:
- Round 1: Walking Lunges (along basketball court)
- Round 2: Run around basketball courts
- Round 3: Lt. Dans (1 Squat, 4 four-count lunges – 5 out, 5 back)
- Round 4: Run to flag and back (4 pax ran as pairs)
Mary: No Time
Numberama: 5
Namerama: Flash, Bedpan, Prayer Request, Bubble Head (R), Olaf
Pledge and COT
Announcements: Anniversary Party 1/12 and convergence at 7 am that morning. Prayer Requests for Prayer Requests family, Cisco’s mom’s illness
Devo: During the announcements YHC brought up the 2nd and 3rd F events and convergences and how he enjoys hearing everyone’s stories. It’s important for pax to participate in those events and also to share their stories with others and how many times it leads to a “me too” moment and allows others to share.
Moleskin: After a rough start, YHC pulled a weike from his pocket based on a prior workout. It was a good workout, but even better than that, the workout actually gave time for some mumble chatter and 2nd F.
