The Thang: In Pinwheel’s first Q, Pinwheel decided to complete the first run he did with F3, the loop backwards. While running, the PAX were instructed to come up with jokes told by Snowden (read: corny) to be shared at the end of the run.
Doctor Octopus, in his quest for 2019 in 2019, began immediately running a few extra miles after the Devo. Good push Oct!

Pledge and COT
Announcements: Anniversary party and convergence Jan 12, some men doing a 5k run before the convergence; Charlie Post January 26th, $30 until January 11th; GoRuck Event February 16th, integrated Tough and Light Event; P200 coming up in March
Devo: It seems that the common theme for Devos so far this month are resolutions. Many men have set resolutions to do more events, to improve fitness, to be more accountable of actions, amongst other resolutions.
While it is important to set resolutions for yourself, if you have not done so already, think about setting a resolution on helping others and having a bigger influence on your community. Setting a resolution to being more active in church and your community, along with being a part of more volunteer activities such as Habitat for Humanity or volunteering at a local school, is an excellent way to help bring your community up and help others.
So as we continue our journey through 2019, think of ways we, as F3, can continue to support the community and be a part of charity events.
Moleskin: Snowden jokes: Who wins in a fight between 20 and 22? Twenty won (twenty-one); When in the janitor’s office, the janitor asked Snowden if he wanted to smoke some marijuana with her? Snowden replied, “I don’t associate with high maintenance women.”; What did the cross-dressing Iraqi son say to his father? Where is my bag dad (Baghdad).
