Intro: It’s been some time since the sheepdog. YHC needed some ruck workouts tinder his belt to prepare for the upcoming ruck next week so here we go.

Thang: Mosey to Palm tree area nearish the front of the park.
Each palm tree increase the rep by one. Lunge walk in between.
