King of the Corner. Squat thrust x 20, Curls x 20, Block Swings x 20, Big Boy Situps x 20, Sprint across the parking lot, Burpees x 10, and sprint back to repeat ARAP for 30 mins. Your Winner with 9.5 rounds, Futurama!!
