Mission: F3’s mission is to plant small workout groups that are free of charge to all men. We improve fitness and leadership in the community through regular scheduled workout groups where participants rotate leadership.
Conditions: High 50’s, good running weather
The Thang: Run. The route:
- Exit parking lot and make a right. Take that down to the track and make a left. Make a left on Cedar and take that all the way down (over 78) and make a right on W 9th Street. Make a left onto Main and take that into Azalea Square. Follow that road down to McAllister’s and run in the parking lot all the way down to Kohl’s. Loop back and around Firehouse Subs and back to Main Street. Take Main all the way back to W 4th Street and make a right. Head back to the AO. This will now be called “Black Friday Run” – Thanks Floppy!
Moleskin: 10 men showed up and got 5 miles each today. We pushed ourselves and got better.
The path traveled today took us past the bloody, horrific scene from Monday, but Pretzel, nor anyone else, was not harmed this time around. Also, Pretzel didn’t get knocked over by impatient curbs in Azalea Square trying to score a great deal on a new TV at Best Buy!

- If you haven’t read this book or listened to the audio book, DO IT! You will not be disappointed one bit.
