The Thang:  PAX were instructed to grab a block and get back to the flag. the following exercises/sets/rounds were completed by all PAX all together.

6 Rounds

6 burpees

6 pushups

6 squats

6 lunges (each leg)

6 thrusters

6 OH squats

6 Rounds

6 LBCs block on chest

6 4 count flutter kicks with block

6 iron crosses wit block

6 Dammits 6 6” then knees to chest with block

6 4 ct American hammers

6 Rounds

6 Curls for the girls

6 block ground to overhead

6 OH tricep extension

6 OHP

6 Block Swings

6 Upright rows (each arm)
