COP – SSH, TTH, every man grabs a block.

THANG – 2 Teams formed by oldest vs youngest.  Body Builder battle starting at 5, highest men dropped at 14.  Tricep extensions with block, Accountability Merkins, Tire relay race. Two men flip tire while 2 men conduct exercises as called by the Q or his designee. Pax switch to other partners upon return of the tire.  This was a race for the tire to make it the entire grassy area at Faultline. After winning team determined, it pays to be a winner; losing team performed 5 Body Builders in cadence while the winning team watched. Rinse and repeat entire process until time for Mary.

Mary – Flutter kicks, Seal Jacks x 2

Announce, Pledge, Pray, Devo – During recent travels, YHC ran across a HIM that represented the Travis Manion foundation; “If not me, then who”. This saying not only has biblical references, but has also been used by many leaders. We discussed how this can be applied to our everyday life. If not me, then who, if not now, then when.

Moleskin – With tires not being part of the normal coupon load, YHC wanted to do something different and exciting. It was during a set of Accountability Merkins that 50/50 decided to be a full on 100%. 100% chance that is that he would spit his gum on YHC. Great push by all and it truly does pay to be a winner. Tire flipping is definitely a total body beat down. Forearms, legs, back all start to feel it after a while and it seems to linger a few days. PIMW!
