Mission: F3’s mission is to plant small workout groups that are free of charge to all men. We improve fitness and leadership in the community through regular scheduled workout groups where participants rotate leadership.

The Thang: Run. The route: Stadium Loop – hit Berlin G to Five Points for more distance.
Moleskin: YHC decided to scrap his new route when PAX of varying speeds and knowledge of the streets near the AO arrived. Going forward, YHC will post new routes on the pre-blast using the RunGo app.
