The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The Thang:
YHC introduced his can of weinkes to the new pax at The Den. All weinkes were in there, including Walking Lunges to Corner 3, Block Pass Situps, and Curls 4 the Girls x2. Weinkes have 4 exercises, 1 for each “area”: Upper Body, Legs, Core and Cardio. YHC explained 4-Corners and Pax paired up and headed out. Goal was to complete 5 rounds. A couple teams met the goal and the others were right behind.

Announcements: Discussed 2nd and 3rd F events.
Devo: YHC discussed how each corner had a different focus and how we need to do that in our lives. Especially when it comes to ourselves. So often we become who we need to be for our work, spouse, family and friends and we don’t consider what we need as men. For YHC it is F3 and brotherhood, but sometimes it is another hobby (or fartsacking to get some needed rest). In the end we need that balance between all the areas of our lives.
Moleskin: This workout was the same was YHCs 2nd Q (first according to Muscadine). There have been a lot of new pax since then, so some instructions given on some exercises that hadn’t been brought out in a while. And there were a few “modifications” that pax took, like a couple teams doing walking lunges from Corner 1 to Corner 3 instead of starting at Corner 2. We also found out that Maybelline LOVES split jacks!
