PAX lines up and QIC explained it would be 21s with a twist! The Bearpee for transition to the other side.
20 squats with the block Bearpee over (bear crawl every 4 “steps” do a burpee) 1 merkin then jog back rinse and repeat 19/2, 18/3 etc etc etc.
Transition was so much shorter until the PAX were bear crawling with it taking 4 to 5 burpees to get to the other side.
Stop and stow the block post at the flag
Mary well she was active during the entire workout and no time for a solo appearance

Prayer Led by Dabo
Devo: Talked about doing the hard thing and the difference between responsibility and accountability and when situations arise being able to hold someone responsible and accountable. Also understanding when someone is calling you out for the same thing as it’s about growing being better doing better. Several brothers chimed in shared experiences and similarities. Talked about how we apply that in F3 with the EHing and reaching out when a brother is not posting make sure he’s ok asking if he needs help.
Lots of calling Dabo “on time” starting the workout during the workout and after the workout everyone seems to really like it! Well except Dabo
