Intro: It’s been a while since YHC visited The Jones. Not knowing the coupon and field situation, YHC showed up early to scout the AO and create a BC workout.
Warmup: 1/2 mile mosey
Thang: Jog to the back of the pool and form teams of two for some station work that included, pullups, tire flips w/ burpees, heavy ropes w/ merkins, bear crawls/crawl bears.
Jog to the picnic tables for reverse Roman chair situps and stepups.
Jog to the shed to get blocks for 11’s (curls & tri extensions from kneeling position) and 11’s (merkins & OHP from kneeling position). Stow blocks.
Jog one lap around the track.
Grab the pads for some offensive and defensive strikes. Stow pads.
