In Indian Run style, each man will flip the tire (FLIP), do a burpee (FLOP), then move to the back of the line. Rinse and repeat until we reach the opposite side of the parking lot.
In groups of two, Flip Flop to the opposite end of the parking lot.
In groups of three, Flip Flop to the opposite end of the parking lot.
In groups of six, roll the tire to the opposite end of the parking lot.
In groups of six, roll the tire around the sidewalk of the entire AO. If the tire hits the grass, do one burpee. If the tire falls over, do ten burpees.
Back at the flag, all six teammates will box-jump onto the tire x10
