INTRO: The beauty of Q’ing is that the Q gets the workout that he wants/needs. This morning, YHC was feeling a chest and shoulder workout, and 6 other men came along for the ride.
COP: TTT, runner’s stretch, arm circles, SSH (in silent cadence).
THANG: 11’s – merkins & OHP, 11’s curls & tri extensions, block presses x 120, squats x50, Cussack all the way to the block pile.
At the treehouse, lunge-walk to the top, slide down the slide, do a burpee. Repeat, but add an additional merkin to the burpee for each trip down the slide. P.S. the slide at Tectonic is FAST!
MARY: flutter kicks, WW1 situps

DEVO: Looking through a selection of devos this morning, none of them were speaking to me. I just was not feeling it. I was not hearing God clearly in any of them. Then a sermon that I heard from my pastor years ago came to mind. Here’s the Reader’s Digest version:
Do you remember when radios had to be tuned with a dial? You would slowly rotate the dial back and forth over a desired station until the sound was crystal clear. At that point, you were “dialed-in”. Sometimes the station did not come in clearly, and the dial had to be adjusted again to hear the music. What moved – the radio station or the dial? The dial moved. The station remains constant.
Now suppose that we are the dial and God is the radio station. When we cannot hear Him clearly, who moved?
From time to time, we need to get dialed-in, men.
