The Thang: Mosey to the block pile and retrieve one block. Return to pavilion and find a bench to your liking. Complete 15 Reps of the following exercises every minute on the minute (EMOM), continue with step ups with the block until each minute is expired. Rinse and Repeat cycle for 30 Minutes (Six Rounds).

Moleskin: YHC showed up to Q in shorts and a T-shirt in support of Manliness. The warming layer was quickly added. The EMOM workout has become a favorite of YHC. Constant motion, good cardio and strength combined. Minimal mumble chatter present but adequate groans and suffering in silence.
