Intro: YHC figured why not start the year out with a lucky game of poker. Small from change from the last time I ran it, but it worked pretty well.

COP: TTT x 15 IC, LBAC x 15 (forward and reverse), American Hammers x 20 IC
The Thang: A Poker Run consisting of four exercises around the park. After three of the workouts PAX receive a card and move on to the next. After the four exercises then head back to the shovel flag where two cards were flopped and then each PAX makes the best hand possible. Winner chooses what all pax do before next hand. The choices are small loop around park, large loop around park or 10 burpees. The exercises for a card are as follows:
40 of each:
Curls for the girls IC
Over Head Press OQ
WWI Sit-Up OQ
Squats with the Block OQ
Next round/hand 30 of each:
Bent Over Rows OQ
Lt Dans IC
Tricep Extensions OQ
Almost out of time so head to the shed where we finished with the blocks doing 20 Incline Merkins on the block OQ.
