Moleskin: With and open Q spot, YHC grabbed the Q like any good AO Q would do. Continuing YHC’s theme from last week with circuit training and little to no rest between exercises was on order for today. The humidity made a significant difference and YHC was wearing the top to his “Sauna Suit”. Don’t ask but if you are curious, it will make you sweat profusely.
