4 guys run and roll a bocce ball (4 colors) at a little white ball that was tossed a moment before. Closest color to the white ball determines the category. YHC had a list of exercises to complete when the category was rolled.
Red: Chest Press, Merkins, Derkins, Bent Over Row, OHP, Carolina Dry Dock
Blue: Squats, Lunges, Calf Raises, Step UPS, Lt. Dans, Mtn Climbers
