Set 2: Bobby Hurleys x 20, Dips/Curls (30 seconds each), (Should have been a 1 Minute Plank Here but the Q screwed Up)
Set 3: Mountain Climbers x 15 IC, Chest Press (1 Minute), Rows (30 seconds each arm)
Set 4: Run Around the Farmhouse, Squat to Overhead Press (1 Minute), Flutter Kicks (1 Minute)

Moleskin: Tectonic will have this Saturday’s Convergence at 6:00 am. It will be epic. YHC developed this Circuit BC the night before. The squat to OHP was a PAX favorite. YHC is disappointed that he forgot the one minute plank that should have been included in Set 2. We will get them next time. The Q sheet is still wide open for March. Step up and lead.
