Moleskin: With the current COVID19 Pandemic and corresponding economic impact, it was good to see a respectable number of men post. It is at this point that we gravitate to the 2nd F (fellowship) over the first F (fitness). I truly believe these men showed up today for more than a workout. If you needed another man to talk to, an opportunity to blow off some steam, or release some tension with a good beat down, you should have left with a feeling of accomplishment. The Chutes and Ladders workout was the workout I lead for my first solo Q. On that day we had a much larger number with the men from Seismic traveling to the Ponds to show their support. The 2nd F was in full force that morning as well and everyone left with arms of rubber just like today. Wear that Polo Shirt with pride today men and let the fellowship bring you back next week. In closing, I want to apologize this morning for the fist bumps during the Name-O-Rama. Old habits are hard to break! STAY CALM AND WASH YOUR HANDS!
