The Thang: Pax obtain a coupon: One bench or one of the two weighted ruck sacks provided by YHC. Alternate pairs of exercises with a 40 yard sprint between exercises. Rinse and Repeat x 4 for each exercise pair. Reps/set varied between 10 and 30 depending on exercise. Exercise Pairs: OHP/Burpees, Rows/Squats, Curls/Merkins, Lunges/Flutter Kicks
