With N. Chuck’s parks still closed, the roving Saturday BC moved Bedrock operations to the adjacent shopping center. There YHC made good use of the parking spaces. The warmup consisted of exercises recommended by YHC’s girls – one is a dancer and the other was an Exercise Science major in college.

THANG: YHC prepared 10 stations, numbered from 0 to 9. Each station offered a different exercise:
0 – gorilla squat dry docks x20, 1 – bear crawl x2 laps around the parking space, 2 – rotating squat jumps x20, 3 – frog jumps x20, 4 – back & forth squats x20, 5 – shoulder tap merkins x20, 6 – plank jacks x20, 7 – under the fence merkins x20, 8 – mtn climbers x25, 9 – ranger merkins x20
Each PAX would complete the exercises that matched his number, then run until the six is in.
Round 1: your age (i.e. a 50 yr old would visit stations 5 and 0)
Round 2: two digit calendar day of your birth
Round 3: two digit high school graduation year
Round 4: two digit birth month
Round 5: four digit birth year
Round 6: two digit years married (unmarried would be 0, 0)
