THANG: Formed in a column, each man performed a triple merkin burpee on the bag, then picked up the bag, heaved it forward, ran back to the starting point, then rejoined the column at the back. Everytime the bag hit the ground, the column performed a squat. Repeat the process through three rounds.
At the t-ball field, the PAX played with YHC’s bag some more.
Repeat the column, burpee, squat, run, rejoin process again all the way back to the flag.
