INTRO: The preblast promised no cute games, just hard work. That was mostly true. You know a Stalker has to keep it interesting.
22 men did not fear the threat of hard work, and are better for it.
COP: Mosey to the block pile, Cussack back to the flag.
THANG: YHC had a roulette wheel on his phone, with a number for each of the PAX on the wheel. With the PAX formed in a large circle, when the roulette wheel produced your number, you had to throw a 60# sandbag around the perimeter of the circle. The PAX would perform an exercise for the length of time it took the bag thrower to complete his trip.
The exercises were:
curls for the girls, squats w/ blocks, flutter kicks, OHP, calf raises w/ block, unnamed ab exercise #1 (basically, from the V position on the ground, raise both legs up and over a block standing tall without your feet touching the deck), alternating merkins, Pop Goes The Weasel (a PAX favorite), unnamed ab exercise #2 (same as #1, but the block is laying lengthwise instead of standing), tri extensions, Bulgarian squats on block, LBC’s on block, derkins, gorilla squats on block, dying cockroach, skull crushers, toe taps
MARY: WW1 situps
Numberama, Namerama, Pledge, Announcements:
DEVO: Be a man of character and integrity without being a loudmouth about it. Let your actions speak for you.
MOLESKIN: Excellent showing this morning and excellent effort from the PAX, including some who I have not seen in a while, including Picasso, Middle School, Good Times, Sugar Mtn, and Probie. T-claps to Cannoli, Probie and Major Dad for doing modified work while they follow doc’s orders. Middle School hefting a 60# sandbag was probably against doc’s orders.
