INTRO: Always trying to keep things interesting, mostly because YHC gets bored easily, the PAX played several rounds of Rock, Paper, Scissors. 12 men will never look at the game the same again.
THANG: Each round of a 12-man tournament was played at the flag, the entrance to the park, the scoreboard, and the t-ball field, with Indians runs in between. The winners of each round did a relatively easy exercise, while the losers did a harder exercise. One man championed each of two brackets, with a Grand Champion being crowned at the end.
Exercises below for the Winners & Losers:
COT (curls, OHP, tri ext) & blockees
monkey humpers & gorilla squats
incline merkins & decline merkins
WW1 situps & heels to Heaven
Sumo squats & reverse lunges
LBC’s & Dammits
fairy jacks & plank jacks
skull crushers & tri extensions
The championship round pitted Splinter against Defib in a best of two out of three showdown, where Splinter evolved victorious.
MARY: alternating heel touches x2

DEVO: Humility, as described in the Bible is placing others needs above your own. I can tell you from experience that the times I am selfish and think of myself first, or place myself on a pedestal, I am knocked down a rung or two. I am humbled.
