Throw on a ruck and go for a walk.
We stopped periodically to try out a new exercise- the horizontal cartwheel.
Start in the bear crawl position, with your feet on a ‘line’ (painted line, asphalt seam, dirt edge, base line, etc)
Rotate your body around the leading appendage that is on the line, so that if you were to look form above it would look roughly like a cartwheel.
The line is super important in this exercise. FnC tried it with no line, and ended up doing some form of interpretive break dancing.
