Intro:  Every time YHC has tried a DORA, it hasn’t been enough.  Usually some of the Pax finish and YHC has to have them do some extra exercise to finish out the time.  This didn’t seem fair, so the below list was developed to help make sure it is hard to finish.

F3 Mission Statement: “To plant, serve and grow small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.” -Dred

Weather: 45 degrees

COP: TTT x 10 IC, LBAC x 15 (each direction)

The Thang:  DORA, each man partner up and complete the following.  Pax gathered under the shelter by the blocks.

150 Merkins — partner lung walks from mid point of shelter to sidewalk by shed then bear crawls back

200 Squats w/block — partner murder bunnies same route as above then block drags back (bear crawl but don’t leave the block behind)

250 OHP — Partner runs around tennis court and then back up around to other shelter and does 20 dips, runs shortest path back

300 Curls — Run same route to shelter complete 10 Burpees and run shortest path back

350 Flutters — Crab walk same route as Merkins round then do 20 LBCs, crawl bear back

Numberama, Namarama, Annoucements, Pledge, Prayer Request

Moleskin:  YHC finally got it right.  I am not sure any of the Pax made it to the Flutters…Mary on your own gents.  Turned out to be a pretty decent upper body beat down.
