SSHx10, TTTx10, Stretch Left then Right, LBACx10 into TClaps into Overhead Clap.

TAL (Take A Lap)

As a group jail break for 3 light poles then jog round and jail break the 3 light poles on the other side.

STAND 1; Pax choice of exercise for the group. Said Pax to Bear crawl up the steps. At the top 10x step ups each leg then bear crawl down. Switch and next man chooses exercise then heads off.

TAL

STAND 2; two Pax choose Ab exercise for the group. Pax climb stand doing 2x Incline merc’s (20 total). Down is every other step Decline merc’s (10 total).

TAL. Actually stopped at half way point. Utilizing large bench we did 10x ATG (Ass To Grass) dips then jailbreak to other side of field bench. 10x ATG dips jailbreak back. One more set after this to bring us back to the concession stand.

STAND 3; Pax wall sit at concession stand while 2 members frog jump up stand 3 then backward frog jump down. Rotate.

TAL

Upon return to Stand 3 all Pax did 2x incline merc’s up then 2x declines down.

TAL

Utility shed wall sit while each member completed 10x pull/chin ups with emotional support.

Mary was 50 LBC’s in cadence.

Great fun was had by all. I think.
