The Thang: Single file mosey to baseballs at the entrance of the park. PAX spread out at double arm intervals. PAX then performed Merkens, squats, and burpees. The single file line then turned around and ran back single file to the flag. Once back, PAX grabbed a block and met up at the yield sign. PAX did the following OYO, Curls x15, Squats x20, lawn mowers x30 (15ea arm), then made a lap around the traffic circle. Next round, PAX subtracted one rep from each exercise and continued until time was called.
