COP: TTT’s, Hillbillies, SSH
The Thang: PAX grabbed two blocks each and met by yield sign. PAX performed 11’s, damnits (V ups) and blockies (burpees). Farmer’s carry both blocks every other round. Mosey when not carry blocks. When PAX didn’t have the blocks, they performed the exercise listed above in parenthesis.
After PAX completed the first 11’s, the did 11’s again while staying in the same area. The exercises included chest press and LBC’s with the block on chest. When time was called, PAX stowed the blocks.
