The Thang: Grab blocks and meet at the yield sign. PAX made their way up to the parking lot by the fire stations. PAX then performed Blackjack (11’s but with 21 reps total) OYO. PAX performed one Squat w/block, ran to the other end of the parking lot and performed 20 Murican’s. This continued until time was called. PAX then made their way back to the circle, stowing their blocks.

Devo: Don’t forget to work on your mental health and fitness. Learn to put out things that take a mental toll on you, such as arguments in politics and religion. Also work on your mental fitness by reading books, and completing puzzles that cause you to think. There are some studies that something as simple as a Sudoku or crossword puzzle being completed a day can help prevent Alzheimer’s.

Moleskin: First, the entire region needs to work on getting numbers up. There are men in our community that need F3. Some may have posted before and are not showing up for one reason or another, or may not know of F3 at all. We need to reach out and spread the word. Second, if performing blackjack, it may be beneficial not to make your way across the park. No member of PAX was able to complete all rounds within the time constraints.
