The Thang: The PAX was split into two teams of four. Six “stations” were designated around the park. Easy In had a paper explaining what to do and a traffic cone at each station.
The idea was the same at each station. When the group arrived to the station, they would perform the prescribed exercise until failure. When the first person on the team reached failure, they stopped and performed 3 burpees OYO. Once they completed the burpees, the individual started the exercise again. When the same person reached failure the second time, the rest of the group stopped performing the exercise. If someone in the group reached failure prior to the first person reaching failure the second time, they would do their three burpees then start doing the same exercise until the first person reached failure the second time.
When the team completed the exercise, the entire team bear crawled around a designated area. When the first person finished the bear crawl around, the rest of the team would stop bear crawling. The team would then move to the next station according to the instruction sheet.

****THE KICKER!!!!!****
Any time the two groups passed each other, ballroom dancing took place. By ballroom dancing, we mean a burpee competition between the groups. Each group had to perform 10 burpees per person before the other team completed theirs. Total number of burpees was 40 per team. The losing team had a penalty of 5 burpees each.

Devo: The reason behind the “ballroom dancing” is because Robin Wood, an F3 brother who attended BC’s at Bedrock, lost his battle with COVID last week. He enjoyed ballroom dancing. Everyone needs to make sure we make time for fun things like ballroom dancing, because you never know when your time is up. Three’s Company shared his experience fighting COVID and that when you’re very sick, you learn to appreciate everything. Even something as small as taking a drink of water. It was also mentioned to have your affairs in order before you pass. Losing you will be hard enough on your friends and family, don’t make it harder for them to know what to do next.
