Intro: YHC’S 2.0s have been playing this newer version of Uno called Uno Flip. It adds a level of evil to it that YHC thought the pax would appreciate when incorporated into a beat down. Don’t know if they did.
F3 Mission Statement: “To plant, serve and grow small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.” -Dred
Weather: Chilly around 48F
COP: TTT x 10 IC, LBAC x 15 IC (each direction)
The Thang: Deck of Uno Flip cards placed before the pax. Workouts according to color, not numbers. All reps will be 13. Light side of deck is easier workouts, dark side gets harder. Color code is below:
Light side:
Green – WWI (OQ)
Red – Curls for the Girls (OQ)
Yellow – OHP (OQ)
Blue – Squat (OQ)
Wild Card – run small lap around tennis court
Draw 2 – color exercise +2 (15)
Skip – Lame just flip the next card
Reverse – Repeat last exercise
Dark Side:
Purple – Damn-its (OQ)
Orange – CPT (IC)
Pink – Burpee (OYO)
Turquoise – Tricep Extensions
Wild Card – Run large lap around the park
Draw x – Dark side has up to draw 5 at least, so do that color exercise for 13+x.
Reverse – Repeat last exercise
Skip – still lame, just flip next card
Mary: No time
Numberama, Namarama, Annoucements, Pledge, Prayer Request
Moleskin: It seemed like a great idea, add a little variety to a normal deck of cards workout. It started out fine…then we flipped to the dark side. Feels like we stayed there for most of the workout. There was plenty of grumbling when the same color kept coming up over and over and over again. I think every color on the dark side came up as triplets. Some came up four times in row. I have been threatened by Chedda that his next Q will be targeted at me. Don’t know that I am too excited about that, but this was definitely a good beatdown.
