Weather:: 74 and ridiculously humid
Warm up: waiting for 5am
It was a humid morning and extremely hard for YHC to roll out of bed. The PAX appearance didn’t seem to interrupt a early morning rendezvous between a young couple in the parking lot. Two routes were run. A nice 5k on Sigma Drive. The other was a longer run of Nexton Parkway to new Bear Island road in Weatherford.
The Standard was held
Weather: Humid 71 degrees
Warm up: waiting for 5:00
Thang: 2 routes taken. The Milton home route and the Space Cowboy Bridge route.
Muscadine joined in and that was a nice addition for the Milton home route.
Post run: Goid conversation about home builders and school systems. Enjoyed the fellowship.
The standard was followed.
High Five to all!
Weather; Warm and Humid 78 degrees. Slight hint of sprinkles. (Precipitation that is)
Warm-up: waiting for 5:00 am to display one a Garmin and mumble chatter. Mixed with some light stretching.
Thang; All runners this morning. Varied miles.
Some third F at the end while waiting for Grits to finish a 7 miler. Space Cowboy has to leave at end of run.
Another Creamer morning holding the standard.
This morning 7 HIM gathered and ran miles through Nexton. We inspected Milton’s home under construction and found it satisfactory. City Slicker had been through the seventh circle of call center hell. And Space Cowboy educated us on how CEOs can ruin a business by not shoring up a safety net just like individuals when planning for future emergencies. Also, Masterload and Creeper are still chipping away at the miles; inspirational! Final question was, “Did Clayton Arntz birthday fall on City Slickers?”
Weather: 73 degrees and a return to humidity
Warm up: “Is it 5:00 yet?”
The Creamer standard was held.
…that is all.
The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership

Moleskin: It was a cooler morning at The Creamer. All runners today. Conversation centered around what the reason was behind Starbucks lights off and closing since previous morning. Some proposed moving it to a better coffee shop.
Eight men came out to run The Creamer. It was humid as it should be. Quiet as some Creamers are, and centering; as provided by a thoughtful and strong BOM from Space Cowboy. A good way to end a very, very long week.
Running was the focus of this morning’s Creamer run, the last one for May 2020. Fellowship after wood as we waiting for the arrival of City Slicker abs Peg’s 8 mile loop.
A steamy Friday morning for a Magnitude workout. Repo provided good company and conversation for what YHC thought would be a solo workout. A few trips around the baseball diamond with a coupon carry to the ball field was the warmup. An over head carry with ruck.

Running, Rucking, and a Rider for the second to last Sunday of COVID May Creamer addition. Good conversation and fellowship. Tables were set out, but PAX opted for a social distancing for conversation and cool down before going off to make it a great Sunday!
First time back for the Pax at a Friday edition of The Creamer. There was running, fellowship, and conversation. The standard was held. -Schrute
